Mr Praveen Singh Gusain has been with Hotel Jsr Continental for many years. A local Person, Praveen Singh Gusain has always been passionate about food, cooking from the age of six! HE trained at LPU and then at the acclaimed Hotel Management College of Food. While living in Hong Kong for two years, Ravi discovered a love for Asian food which has had a great influence on much of his cooking, but he is steeped in her roots, sourcing as most of her produce from Herefordshire and the Marches.His menus showcase the seasonal produce which abounds in this region and he works with very committed local producers, not least the hotel's kitchen garden on the family farm at Cocco Rico Hall, and will create magical menus from of the boxes of fresh fruit and veg which are delivered straight to the kitchen door.During her reign as Head Chef at Hotel Jsr Continental,the restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes, and he is quietly proud to be one of the most acclaimed head chefs in the UK.
