The Hindi feature film is about the life story of Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat 55 years ago during 1962 indo-china war, when the destiny of war was predecided, there stood a brave solder form 4th Garhwal Rifle against all odds and guarded our post form nurunaang Base in Arunachal Pardesh then called NEFA border. He was awarded Maavir Chakar for his death. jaswant Singh has attained the ststus of a deity at the Sino-Indian frontier. Even a temple has been erected in his memory and the army has posted five solders for the unkeep of his memorial.br

The film glorifles the brave martyrs of the war highlighting who died guarding our country borders's and Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat who died at a young age of 21 and salutes his strength & presence which is still defending our nation. Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat was a Garhwali and belonged to Uttrakhand Dehradun. 95% of the movie is to be shot in Uttrakhand itself, and also the main lead and Director Mr.Avinash Dhyani belongs to Uttrakhand. Under the banner of JSR Production House this film Rifleman Jswant Singh Rawat is not just a film it's an attempts to present to this world the Indo-China war of 1962 through a different prism. We are presenting the extraordinary journey of Rifleman jaswant Singh Rawat who gave away his life for the country at a young age 21 in the war and is said to be still defending the NEFA border of our country, about which citizen of our nation are unaware of.
